Reality isn't collapsing. Illusion is.

When everything feels fake,

when the world seems hollow,

when nothing feels solid anymore-

you're not losing your grip on reality.

You're losing your grip on distortion.

And that's exactly what's supposed to happen

when you begin to remember.

What you're feeling is the breakdown of false structures-

identities, systems, performances, roles, even thoughts

that never belonged to you in the first place.

It's not that nothing is real.

It's that most of what you were taught to trust never was.

That doesn't mean you're crazy.

It means you're sensitive enough to notice.

And sensitivity isn't weakness.

It's initiation.

So when the world feels fake,

don't numb it out.

Don't float upward.

Come closer.

Come deeper.

Sit with the tree.

Breathe with your animal.

Touch the floor.

Feel your heartbeat.

Because that-

that hum underneath everything-

that's real.

That's always been real.

And if you can stay long enough in that hum,

the field will start to rebuild around you.

Not with certainty.

But with clarity.

You're not here to find the old world again.

You're here to remember the one that was

always underneath.
