You're not too emotional. You're just actually feeling it.

Enlightenment isn't a switch where you arrive at a new place.

It's a burning away.

It doesn't feel like bliss.

It feels like grief.

Like leaving behind versions of yourself

and watching people you love stand still while

you change shape.

You're not broken for feeling lonely.

You're not failing because it hurts.

This isn't proof you're off track-

It's proof that you're awake.

Real awakening doesn't make you rise above everyone.

It makes you see everything more clearly.

And that clarity is often devastating

before it becomes beautiful.

So no- you're not too emotional.

You're just no longer numb.

And that's not weakness.

That's arrival.
