You're not late, you're just heavily layered.

It took you longer because you were never meant to skim the surface.
You were built for depth.
For structure.
For holding what would break others if they rushed it too soon.
You didn't arrive late.
You arrived fully formed.
Because while others learned how to speak the language of light,
you were down in the dark,
learning how to stay true when no one was watching.
How to keep going when nothing responded.
How to listen without proof,
and choose alignment with no guarantee it would pay off.
That doesn't make you behind.
That makes you anchored.
You didn't miss anything.
You just had more to remember.
The grief you carry?
The intensity?
The way your body feels like it's lived a
thousand lives just to get here?
That's not weight.
That's proof that you're real.
That you didn't shortcut the process.
That you didn't decorate the wound- you
walked through it.
And now that you're arriving,
you're not coming in loud or late-
you're coming in undeniable.
The ones who rushed may fade.
But you'll remain.
Because you didn't build a version of you that could be seen.
You built the version that could hold.
Not late.
Just layered.
And finally- revealed.
